Russian plane crash kills 32 in Siberia

According to officials, a Russian passenger airplane carrying forty three people has crashed down soon after take-off in Siberia.  Thirty-two people are killed at the spot and 11 survivors are actually taken to hospital, Russia's emergencies ministry claimed.  The ATR-72 turboprop aircraft experienced just left Tyumen on a flight north-east for the oil town of Surgut when it crashed.
