Milito brings Milan derby victory for Inter

Inter Milan deprived of AC Milan a position at the top of Serie A and show themselves in the battle with a 1-0 victory at San Siro. Diego Milito socored a winning goal in the 54th minute and
earned 6 points of the Serie A, depriving the neighbors, AC Milan of the top position. Though Inter had a goal disallow earlier in the game but Milan attack was not strong enough to keep themselves on top of the Serie A.

Claudio Ranieri, Inter coach said this proved his team is routing in the right direction in spite of a devastating start to the campaign.

In the fifth minute, Thiago Motta’s celebration after he nodded a free kick came to an end when the decision proved to be an incorrect one. However Milan attack was a blunt. All the time they were unable to came back into the match hence giving Inter a chance to celebrate the victory which they got in the second half.

Inter started the next half like the first and unlocked the scoring in the 54th minute as a result of a mistake by Ignacio Abate. He made a hash of his attempt to cut out a crossfield pass, leting Milito to take the football into the penalty area and beat Abbiati with a shot which went in off the base of the far post.
