Daniel Radcliffe's Women in Black 2012 film

The Woman in Black is a future 2012 horror-thriller film directed by James Watkins and written by Jane Goldman. The movie circled around Hill's novel of the same name and is produced
by Hammer Film Productions. The leading role in the film will be played by Daniel Radcliff as Arthur Kipps. The co-stars are Liz White as Jennet Humfrye (The Woman in Black), Sophie Stuckey (as Stella Kipps), Claran Hinds as Sam Daily and Janet McTeer will appear as Mrs. Daily.

The story starts when Arthur Kipps a young lawyer, leaves his own son in London to fix the legal issues of the recently dead Alice Drablow sister of Jennet Humfrye. He notices that a sequence of mysterious mishaps and suicides has strained the parents of her village to cordon their children indoors, as if shielding them from a hidden opponent. When Arthur stays the night all alone at the Drablows' foreboding house, he notices the screeches of a drowning child and spots putrefying children indolently wandering the marshes. He will soon find out these lingering figures share the same date of death, and the same murderer.

The Woman in Black is the spirit of a scorned woman who was incapable to save her beloved son Nathaniel, from drowning which set her on revenge even after her death. She has now transformed to a horrible form. A child dies whenever she is spotted and Arthur’s child is going to be her next victim. The film would be released in US and Canada on 3rd of February 2012 and in UK cinemas on February 10, 2012.
